How do I know which coaching package to select?

1. Identify your issue 2. Carefully read through all the packages listed in our service portals. 3. Select the package that fits your issue description 4. Choose a date convinient to you based on availability. 5. Complete the process.

How long does it take for me to see results?

The number of sessions listed for each package is the minimum amount of time required to see results.

What if my concern is not listed

How safe is the personal information I provide you?

Any information provided by a customer is 100% confidential, and safe. In accordance with the confidentiality process, when you sign up for a coaching session, you agree to the terms of coaching. You can view the terms here. This agreement must be followed and upheld by both the user and the company.

Is there anything else I can choose?

Our courses and challenges are built to provide solutions to parenting and upbringing of your most valuable assets, your children, in a simple yet engaging manner. You can access them here .

Is there anything I should prepare for before the session?

1. Read through the terms of coaching listed here carefully. 2. Set the reminder for the sessions in your calendar. 3. Be ready atleast 5 minutes prior to the coaching session. 4. Check your registered email for communication from our bookings team.

What is the process after I book my session?

1) Our Bookings team gets notified. 2) You receive a confirmation email regarding the coaching session. 3) Our team assigns a coach to you. 4) You receive an email with the meeting details.


When can I start working on a course I have purchased?

You can set a start date so your course gets activated from the date you have picked. You can purchase the course immediately and choose to start the course at a later date that suits you.

Why are there two different prices for the same course?

One payment option is to purchase the specific course you have chosen. However, we offer pricing and plans that allow you to purchase a package of multiple courses bundled in one. You may view the plans here.

Is it mandatory to log in/create an account to purchase courses?

Yes. You need to create an account to view and access the courses you have purchased.

Where can I find my courses?

After you log in, you can access the courses from the profile doropdown by choosing the "my courses" option. You may view them here.

Where can I find the document I purchased from the store?

Your file is visible immediately after you complete the purchase. However, you need not wory if you closed the page. An email confirmation is sent to you, consisting of the download link, which is valid for 30 days.


How can I explore the app?

Everything you want to explore in the website, you can explore in the app. You may use the menu on the top-left corner of the page, or the menu at the bottom. You may alternatively also use the sitemap in the footer to quickly navigate through the app.

My Page is not loading. What do I do?

You can do any of the following: 1. Reload the app with the reload button in the top-left corner, below the header. 2. Close the app and reopen it. 3. Close the app, remove it from your recent apps and reopen it. 4. Check for updates in the google play store. 5. Restart your phone 6. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Note: Ensure proper wifi/data connectivity while using the app.

I see a popup taking me to another app. Why is it appearing?

The popup is to take you to Spaces by Wix community. You can join other users of our services through the groups.

How do I view notifications again?

After viewing the notification once, if you wish to view it again, Follow the steps mentioned here: 1. On the top right corner, you can see three vertical dots. 2. On clicking the three dots, you can see a dropdown menu. 3. Click the notifications menu item to view the notifications again.
