Section 2 Data Deletion

In accordance with GDPR, The General Data Protection Regulation, if you wish to request that your personal data be deleted, you may contact Parenting Absolute Support, clearly stating in the subject, “Data Deletion Request”, followed by your name.

Section 3 Identity Proof

Include a pdf document of your Legal Identity with Address Proof to confirm your identification prior to deletion.

State the following clearly in the description of the ticket:

1. Complete name (with govt ID proof)

2. Email ID (as on the attached document)

3. Complete Phone Number (with country code, area code where applicable, matching the attached document)

4. A valid reason for deletion of your data, with attachments (where applicable)

The process of data deletion is subject to the above and shall be processed, suspended, or terminated at the sole discretion of Parenting Absolute.

Section 4 Disclosure for Law Enforcement.

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Under such circumstances your data shall be withheld and any request for deletion of data shall be suspended.

Section 5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Section 6 Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
