3. Identity Proof

Include a pdf document of your Legal Identity with Address Proof to confirm your identification prior to deletion.

State the following clearly in the description of the ticket:

0.1 Complete legal name

0.2 Email ID (as on the attached document)

0.3 Complete Phone Number (with country code, area code where applicable, matching the attached document)

4. Disclosure for Law Enforcement.

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
