Parenting Absolute (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates parentingabsolute.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Section 6 Anti-Spam

We do not spam you through unsolicited bulk emails and WhatsApp messages. If you are an existing customer, you agree to receive emails pertaining to your use of Service.


Clause 1 Consent

With your consent, on subscribing to the email list of Parenting Absolute from the website or through promotional campaigns, new product and Service announcements or promotions are made available to you through channels including but not limited to social media platforms, mobile notifications and advertisements.


Clause 2 Fraud

We and our employees do not ask you for personally identifiable information or legal documents that contain such information to be sent through email or WhatsApp. All communications you receive through the customer support team are only pertaining to your requests. No emails are sent to you through personal email IDs such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Rediffmail, etc. No communications are sent to you through WhatsApp.


Section 7 Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.


We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
