Our assessments examine selected aspects of personal behaviour, professional behaviour, learning, attitudes, and personal development. The specific dimensions, combinations, weighting, scoring methodology, and other elements used to generate assessment results are proprietary to Parenting Absolute and may vary between assessments.

The purpose of these assessments is to provide practical, accessible insights into areas that you may wish to understand, strengthen, or work on. Our reports are designed to present these insights clearly and concisely rather than to provide a clinical, diagnostic, or comprehensive psychological evaluation.

Our assessments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or identify medical or psychiatric conditions, and they should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other regulated professional assessment or advice. They are also not represented as standardized clinical diagnostic instruments.

Depending on the assessment and service used, your responses and the information derived from them may be used to:

Generate your assessment results and personalized insights;
Identify areas that may be relevant to your personal, learning, or professional development;
Generate recommendations or practical areas for reflection and improvement; and
Create or populate a For-You Card or similar personalized feature within our services.

Where a For-You Card is created from an assessment result, information associated with that insight may subsequently be used within the relevant tracking functionality.

The creation of an assessment result or For-You Card does not mean that Parenting Absolute has established a clinical diagnosis, psychological disorder, or definitive characterization of you. Assessment results are intended to provide directional insights and should be considered in the context of your own circumstances and judgement.

3.5 Goal, Habit, Action-Step, Tasks and Tracking Information

When you use our goal-setting, habit, action-step, prioritisation, and tracking services, we collect information that you choose to enter and information generated through your use of these features.

Goal information, including measurement methods, and related objectives;
Action-step information, including tasks or steps associated with achieving a goal;
Habit information, including the habit being established, its intended frequency, measurement methods, or duration, and other parameters you provide;
Schedule information, including recurring periods and frequency an activity is intended to be completed within a specified period;
Prioritisation information, including information you provide when organising or prioritising tasks and activities;
Progress information, including completed, pending, missed, or otherwise recorded activities and action steps;
Tracking information, including recurring records of your activities, consistency, completion, and progress over time; and
For-You Card tracking information, including interactions, completion or tracking status, and other activity associated with personalized For-You Cards.

This information is used to provide and operate our goal-setting, habit-management, prioritisation, and tracking functionality, including helping you establish intended routines, monitor execution, and review your progress over time.

Where an insight or recommendation is presented through a For-You Card, information associated with that card may be used to provide recurring or periodic tracking functionality. For-You Card tracking may operate similarly to habit tracking and may record your interaction with the card over successive periods, including weekly tracking where applicable.

We do not use your goal, habit, action-step, or tracking information to create additional personal or behavioural classifications beyond those necessary to provide the features described in this Policy, unless otherwise stated.

3.6 Course and Learning Information

When you access our courses and learning materials, we may collect information such as:

Lesson completion or progress
Course-related activity necessary to provide the learning service

We do not ordinarily maintain a separate association between your learning activity and particular goals in our goal-management system unless such information is specifically required by a feature you use.

Human consulting sessions may take place through third-party communication platforms, including Google Meet.

Our current human-guided consulting sessions are not recorded by Parenting Absolute. We do not intentionally create or retain audio or video recordings of these sessions.

Goals or other information that you provide during the session may be processed as described under Section 3.5 where such information is entered into our goal-management systems.

Appointment and booking information is handled through our booking infrastructure, including Wix Bookings, as applicable.

3.8 AI Interaction Information

Some of our services use artificial intelligence to provide guidance, analysis, recommendations, or other functionality.

When you interact with an AI-powered feature, information necessary to generate the requested response may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers engaged by us to provide AI processing services.

Our AI architecture is designed such that Parenting Absolute maintains responsibility for conversation state and thread management. Depending on the particular service:

We do not ordinarily retain the prompts or conversational input submitted to an AI processing provider as a persistent conversation history.

We do not ordinarily have humans review individual AI interactions as a routine part of providing our AI-powered services. 6.3 Automated Decision-Making

Our AI-powered services do not make decisions on your behalf or independently determine outcomes that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. 7. Strategy Guidance, Sessions & Confidentiality

Parenting Absolute provides human-guided strategy consulting and AI-powered guidance. Information provided during these services is handled in accordance with the purposes and practices described in this Privacy Policy.

7.1 Human-Guided Strategy Consultations

Human-guided strategy consultations are generally conducted through third-party video-conferencing services such as Google Meet.

Parenting Absolute does not ordinarily record audio or video from strategy consultations, and we do not create or maintain recordings of such sessions as part of our standard service.

We do not currently have consultants create or maintain separate personal notes concerning individual consultations as part of our standard operating process.

Appointment and scheduling information is processed through our booking systems as described in Sections 3.7 and 5.4 in this Privacy Policy.

7.2 AI-Powered Guidance

AI-powered guidance is provided through automated systems and may involve the transmission of information to third-party AI service providers as described in Section 3.8 and Section 6 in this Privacy Policy.

AI interactions are not ordinarily reviewed by a human as part of the normal delivery of the service.

We treat information provided to us in connection with strategy consultations, assessments, and other services as private and use it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We do not ordinarily disclose the contents of a user's strategy consultation, assessment, or AI interaction to unrelated third parties for their independent use.

8. Children and Minors

Our services are primarily designed for adults and are not specifically directed toward children.

Our services may, however, allow an adult user to voluntarily provide information concerning another person, including a child or dependent, where such information is relevant to the service being used. For example, a parent or guardian may provide information about a child when using our services in a parenting-related context.
