Shipping And Delivery Policy

Section 1 Introduction

Welcome to Parenting Absolute (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The Terms, together supplemented by all policies, notices, and legal chapters published in our Legal Information section located at parentingabsolute.com/legal-inormation/ (collectively, the "Terms").

These Terms govern your use of our website located at parentingabsolute.com operated by Parenting Absolute.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service, as defined in Section 2, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms ("Agreement"). You confirm that you have read and understood them, are an adult who can legally enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by them.

Section 2 Definitions

SERVICE means the coaching and courses provided on the parentingabsolute.com website operated by Parenting Absolute.

PRODUCT means any physical product produced, manufactured and sold on the parentingabsolute.com website or other eCommerce platforms by Parenting Absolute Group or its subsidiaries thereof.

THE USER ("User", "You", "Your") is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

LOGISTICS means the usage of physical modes of transportation including but not limited to trucks, ships, planes, etc.

VIRTUAL MODES means any device used by the User to access and use Service in presence of an active internet connection

SHIPPING & DELIVERY means the use of Logistics to transport a Product from location of warehousing to location of usage.

Section 3 Shipping & Delivery

Since presently, the services offered by Parenting Absolute are restricted to Service, delivered to the User by means of Virtual Modes, Parenting Absolute does not currently provide Shipping & Delivery services owing hereby, to a lack of Products.
