Terms of Coaching

1. Introduction

Welcome to Parenting Absolute (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at (together or individually “Service”) operated by Parenting Absolute.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use Service.

2. Coaching

The Service is not therapy and does not provide legal or financial advice. You agree to take full responsibility for all actions taken by you as a result of using the Service. You cannot hold the coach responsible for any action taken by you.

2.1 You agree to be punctual for, and present during every session booked.

             2.1.1 A session once missed cannot be rescheduled and the session stands terminated.

2.2 You are responsible for your own actions and the company cannot be held responsible.

2.3 You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during each session.

2.4 Service is a professional relationship between the coach and the client.

2.5 Service is a comprehensive process that involves all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation.

2.6 Your application of the knowledge gained through the sessions is exclusively your responsibility.

2.7 You agree to be completely transparent and truthful to your coach about every element of your condition related to your case.

2.8 Service is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. The Company cannot be held responsible for actions corresponding to the Clause 2.8.

2.9 You agree to seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and actions regarding them are solely your responsibility.

2.10 You agree that the session shall be considered cancelled upon any delay of 30 minutes and beyond.

3.  Confidentiality

The coach is accountable and liable to hold the information provided by the client with utmost secrecy. The coach can be held responsible in the event that the client's information has been transferred to or sold to a third party. The information may however be divulged with appropriate measures and security solely with the purpose of adhering to the current law of the state when requested by the office of the regional law enforcement.

4. Privacy Policy

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Parenting Absolute will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

0.1. Disclosure for Law Enforcement.

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6. Fee Changes

Parenting Absolute, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Parenting Absolute will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

7.1 To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

7.2 For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

7.3 To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

7.4 In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

7.5 Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or
